FTC taps Morgan Lewis partner Willard K. "Will" Tom for general counsel

From the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Federal Trade Commission said today that it had appointed Willard K. "Will" Tom, a partner in the Philadelphia-based firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius L.L.P., as general counsel.
